Mr. Reustle earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where he received an award for “Best Brief” in the 2010 Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition. He received his B.M. from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association.
Prior to joining Miyares and Harrington, Mr. Reustle was an associate at Casner & Edwards LLP, where he specialized in representing nonprofit organizations and other businesses on a wide range of business and litigation issues including incorporation, tax matters, privacy law issues for healthcare providers and educational institutions, employment matters and business disputes and litigation. He previously served as a law clerk for the City of Waltham, where he advised city officials and departments on a variety of matters.
Before attending law school, Eric performed and taught classical music for organizations in the U.S. and abroad.
