ERIC B. REUSTLE concentrates his municipal practice on government structure, energy law, tax matters and litigation. He has represented municipal and private clients before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, Superior Court, District Court, Probate Court, and Land Court as well as in various administrative bodies including the Department of Public Utilities and Energy Facilities Siting Board. In 2017, Eric was selected to the Super Lawyers® list of Massachusetts Rising Stars.

 

Eric earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where he received an award for “Best Brief” in the Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition. He also holds a B.M. in performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.

 

Before attending law school, Eric professionally performed classical music with organizations in the U.S. and abroad. Since 2012, he has served on the Board of Directors of Emmanuel Music, one of Boston’s premiere arts organizations.

 

Prior to joining our firm, Eric was an associate at Boston’s Casner & Edwards LLP, where he represented nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers and educational institutions, with respect to issues including organizational structure, fiduciary duties, tax matters, privacy law, and structuring and modification of charitable gifts.

 

Eric serves on the Town of Upton Land Stewardship Committee.
